Sent my acer nitro 16 in for repairs for mousepad even after repeated attempts and requests to fix/replace mousepad the repairs people just ignored me or refused to give me straight answers

today received my laptop back after a few weeks and ofcourse it’s not fixed

what shall I do? I can’t return the laptop and I don’t want to buy new again after this was new for £1500 11 months ago why are acer such useless terrible service I’ve literally been scammed and the worst service know to man

The Acer community is a peer to peer community of users of Acer products like yourself, we do not have any contact or influence with Acer service departments in the UK or anywhere else. There could be a chance that your post will be read by an Acer administrator and you will hear further on a solution for this problem, as I’m sure that Acer will have a solution and Acer will fix this touchpad problem that you are having with your Predator Helios Neo laptop.

The best is for you to make your enquiries and take up any warranty grievances with Acer directly in the UK or and if you don’t get a positive solution, then contact a consumer affairs authority in your area, as this should not be happening with a new product like the Predator Helios Neo that is a high end Acer product and its under warranty, as you should not be paying for any fixes and/or replacement of a touchpad yourself. Good luck and hope this has assisted you further.
