Nitro Sense Install completes but app not found on Nitro ANV15-41 Windows 10 pro

Good afternoon, I ran into this problem. I download Nitro Sense from the official website, the installation program starts and the process goes fine, it seems to be installing, but I can't find the Nitro Sense program itself, it doesn't start, it just doesn't seem to be there, I tried to uninstall and reinstall, nothing helps, I also tried to install the old version, It's all the same.

Доброго времени суток, столкнулся с такой проблемой скачиваю Nitro Sense с официального сайта, программа установки запускается и процесс идет нормально, вроде устанавливается, но саму программу Nitro Sense не нахожу, она не запускается ее просто как будто нет, пробовал удалять и устанавливать заново, ничего не помогает, так же пробовал устанавливать старую версию, все тоже самое.

Hi, this is a 2024 Windows11 laptop that should not be downgraded to Windows10, update BIOS version 1.17 released yesterday 2025/05/12 and clean install Windows11 24H2 from the Microsoft site, then install NitroSense version 5.0.1452 from 2024/12/06 (Acer Support site).

Download the free version of Revo uninstaller and uninstalled nitro sense with it. It's important to let revo scan after uninstall because it'll find garbage files in registry that sense leaves behind and probably corrupts any new install. Let it clear those files.
Go to Acer's website and download Nitrosense for your laptop. (If there's different version of nitrosense available then try them all one by one and check which one work for you)
Extract folder and run Setup.exe
Run Command prompt as Administrator
type in the following and press enter (without the quotation marks): ".\lodctr.exe /R"
Go back to the folder where you extracted Nitrosense
Go into "Nitrosense V3.1" folder
Run APPXBUNDLE file
After that, Nitrosense immediately launched, and now it's back on my Taskbar, running every time I click on it.

If issue persists then Download and install the latest version of Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable, specifically versions 2015, 2017, 2019, and 2022. You need to install both x86 and x64 version. This is necessary for the NitroSense application to function properly. You can find it on the Microsoft website here.

If this still doesn't work, try downloading and installing the Microsoft Visual C++ All-in-One pack. If nitrosense need a specific version not available above then this will help, use the link I provided to download and install the latest Visual C++ All-in-One pack:
