Hi, update BIOS with version 1.18 for PHN16-71 or 1.16 for PHN-16-72, upgrade to Windows11 24H2 and PredatorSense in the Microsoft Store, check the Windows BT settings if the headphone is detected.

Uninstall the Thunderbolt drive in Device Manager > System Devices > Thunderbolt Controller 1137 and reboot the laptop, as afterwards this TBT driver will reinstall and be refreshed, as these TBT4/USB-C ports on the Acer PHN16-71 or 72 model laptops do not go faulty.

The problem could be with your corded USB-C headphones that are faulty. But if you have tested your USB-C headphones on another laptop and they are working and your PHN16-71 or 72 model laptop is under the Acer 12 months warranty, then send your laptop to Acer Tech Support in your country and get Acer to fix these USB-C ports. Good luck and hope this helps you out.
