This question is just to give this problem a closure, because from what I have researched and the tests I have done so far, there is no solution.

So, I was trying to use my dgpu instead of igpu for gaming. I did all of those steps regarding prioritizing the dgpu in the graphical settings in windows and nvidia panel. Since it's a notebook, it probably uses the igpu for the display, so I needed to use a external monitor.

I tried that, since I didn't had a monitor with a hdmi port, used my tv. When connected, it showed that both displays were connected to the igpu. I even disabled the igpu in the device manager and the image stopped being shared to the tv through the hdmi port, using the windows basic display driver instead for the notebook screen.

Since the single usb c port in this notebook is probably incompatible with video output, it seems that I am out of options.

Like I initially said, I only wrote this post just for someone with more knowledge than me to tell me there isn't a way to fully use the dgpu, even with external monitors, and to help anyone else that is trying to do the same and save them some time.
