Hi there,

My laptop Predator PHN16-72. When I access predatorsense is not showing me any data such as GPU frequency, GPU tempreture. No respond to my Scenario options or fan control.

I have restart my laptop multiple times.

    1. Download the free version of Revo uninstaller and uninstalled Predator sense with it. It's important to let revo scan after uninstall because it'll find garbage files in registry that sense leaves behind and probably corrupts any new install. Let it clear those files. Delete all its files and registry using advanced mode if appers.
    2. Go to Acer's website and download PredatorSense for your laptop. (If there's different version of PredatorSense available then try them all one by one and check which one work for you)
    3. Extract folder and run Setup.exe
    4. Run Command prompt as Administrator
    5. type in the following and press enter (without the quotation marks): ".\lodctr.exe /R"
    6. Go back to the folder where you extracted PredatorSense
    7. Go into "predatorSense UMP" folder or to folder like this folder in which there is AAPXBUNDLE file.
    8. Right click on APPXBUNDLE file and click on install
    9. After that, PredatorSense immediately launched, and now it's back on my Taskbar, running every time I click on it.

Here are a few things you can try:

Uninstall & Reinstall PredatorSense – You may completely uninstall PredatorSense and reinstall the latest version from Acer's official Driver page Predator PHN16-72
Ensure your laptop's BIOS, chipset, and GPU drivers are up to date. Sometimes, outdated drivers can cause monitoring issues.
Try restarting your laptop and PredatorSense-related services to see if the data starts appearing.

I hope this helps! If this was useful, please hit 'Yes' or 'Like'! Thanks! 😊
