Hi, the PHN16-72 latest BIOS is version 1.16 from 2025/02/06 that updates the ME firmware (Intel Management Engine) that controls the PCIe ports and possibly also fixes the BSOD errors you are getting.

This error is often related to driver issues, SSD firmware problems, or system conflicts. Please try these steps and it should fix this issue.

Update via Device Manager. Press Win + X → Device Manager. Expand Display adapters. Right-click your GPU NVIDIA/AMD/Intel → Update driver → Search automatically.

Clean Install Latest Drivers, Use Display Driver Uninstaller for a clean install. Download DDU, Boot into Safe Mode (Shift + Restart → Troubleshoot → Safe Mode) Run DDU to completely remove GPU drivers. Restart and install fresh drivers.

Check SSD Firmware – If your laptop has an Intel SSD, updating its firmware using the Intel SSD Toolbox might fix the issue.

Faulty RAM can cause watchdog violations. Run Windows Memory Diagnostic. Press Win + R, type mdsched.exe → Enter. Choose "Restart now and check for problems". Let it complete and check for errors

Scan for Corrupt System Files, Run these commands in Command Prompt (Admin):
    sfc /scannowdism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealthchkdsk /f /r
    Restart after completion.

Disable Overclocking (if enabled). If you’re using Acer NitroSense/Overclocking tools, reset to default settings. Go into BIOS F2 at startup) and disable CPU/GPU overclocking.

Disable Fast Startup. Open Control Panel → Power Options. Click "Choose what the power buttons do". Click "Change settings that are currently unavailable". Uncheck "Turn on fast startup" → Save changes.

Check for Overheating. Use HWMonitor (Download) to check CPU/GPU temps. Clean fans & ensure proper cooling (thermal paste issues can cause crashes)

Test with a Clean Boot. Press Win + R, type msconfig → Enter. Go to Services → Check "Hide all Microsoft services" → Disable all. Go to Startup → Open Task Manager → Disable all startup items. Restart and test the game.

Run Windows Updates – Ensure your system is fully updated, as some BSOD errors occur after incomplete or faulty updates.

Reinstall the Game (Last Resort). Verify game files (Steam/Epic/EA App). If the issue persists, uninstall & reinstall Delta Force.

if all else fails, reset Windows (keeping files): Settings → System → Recovery → Reset this PC.

I hope this helps! If this was useful, please hit 'Yes' or 'Like'! Thanks! 😊
