Theoretically the Acer Aspire TC-780 desktop with its oem Acer fitted 6th / 7th cpu's and its Pentium G4400 and its lowest Celeron G3900 spec cpu and the mainboard not having the security TPM 2.0 version chip that is required for Win-11 will NOT make the TC-780 compatible to the Microsoft required Win-11 min spec, as this desktop was designed specifically for Win-10.

You will probably be able to upgrade to Win-11 but doing so, this upgrade will/can give you problems in installing certain drivers that are specifically and only available for Win-10 that the TC-780 desktop was designed for. I would suggest that you make sure that you have the last bios version R02-B2 installed and keep Win-10 OS and update this OS to its last April 22, 2025—KB5055612 (OS Build 19045.5796) Preview updates as this is the best OS for your Aspire TC-780 desktop to operate at its peak performance, as Win-11 will not make your desktop perform any better or quicker.

If you want a Win-11 24H2 with the latest OS build: 26100.3915 Aspire desktop, buy the new and the latest TC-1785 model, as this desktop has the latest 14th Gen cpu's can have 64Gb max total ram at DDR5-5600MT/s speed ram and is fitted with an oem VGA CARD.ARC A380.6GB GDDR6.96B.1750MHz. Good luck and hope this assist you in making this decision.

Hi, the Aspire TC-780-W desktop does not appear on Acer's official list of Windows 11-compatible devices. Additionally, users have reported that the processor in the Aspire TC-780 does not meet Windows 11's requirements. You may be able to clean install Windows11 23H2 with an ISO image from UUPdump.net but there will be MS driver and update issues. Acer drivers are from 2017, and the BIOS is from 2018.
