Laptop Gaming Acer Nitro V 15 ANV15-51 Intel Core i5-13420H, rtx 3050 6gb.
Hello, i have a big problem with my laptop. In gaming i get black screen after 10,20,30 min. it is not an exact time, in my case i play valorant. Laptop keyboard still remain illuminated but screen is black. Only fix its to turn off my laptop and enter in the game again, but in aprox 10-15 min, its happen again…
I tried another games, still have this problem
I tried to reinstall my windows, graphic card,problem it's still here what else to do ?

    Hi, what is your available VRAM and what speed is RAM running at: Task Manager-Performance-Memory and GPU, make screen dumps and attach to reply. How many background processes are running, open Task Manager-Processes and click on the processes column header, that will show the background programs, if more than 70-80 dump some of the pre-installed bloatware and 3rd-party browsers/virus checkers that you don't need, also disable some Startup programs you never use. What is the CPU temperature when BSOD, if overheating, try a cooling pad and lower the Max. Processor Power State to 95% for battery and adapter in Power Plan Advanced settings.
