What is your laptop model, if this is a Nitro 5 AN515-42 from 2018 you should not upgrade to Windows11 as drivers and NitroSense may give problems, wait for a new BIOS release (last BOS is 5 year old).

If your Acer Nitro laptop's NitroSense software won't open after updating to Windows 11, try these troubleshooting steps: restart your computer, rebuild the Windows performance counters, uninstall and reinstall NitroSense, or try specific fixes mentioned in the Acer Community.
    Detailed Troubleshooting Steps:

    1. Restart Your Computer:
A simple restart can often resolve temporary glitches that prevent NitroSense from launching.
    2. Rebuild Windows Performance Counters:
This can sometimes fix issues related to software not loading properly.
Open the Command Prompt as an administrator.
Type lodctr /R and press Enter.
Restart your laptop and try launching NitroSense again.
    3. Uninstall and Reinstall NitroSense:
This is a common troubleshooting step for software problems.
Uninstall NitroSense from the Start menu's "All Apps" list.
Download the latest version of NitroSense from the Acer support website, ensuring you choose the version compatible with your model.
Follow the installation instructions provided with the download.
    4. Specific Fixes (from Reddit and Acer Community):
Run NitroSense Service applications as administrator: In the "C:/Program Files/Acer/NitroSense Service" folder, run all applications starting with "PS..." as administrator.
Reinstall NitroSense from the installer folder: Locate the ".APPXBUNDLE" file within the NitroSense installer folder and select "Reinstall".
    5. Update Drivers:
Ensure your chipset and graphics drivers are up to date.

Ensure the laptop model is officially verified to be compatible with Windows 11 by referring to Acer's official website. If it is compatible, proceed with the following steps to resolve the issue.

Restart your laptop to address any temporary glitches. If NitroSense remains non-functional, uninstall it via Control Panel > Programs and Features and reinstall the latest version from Acer's official support page. Ensure your laptop is fully updated by checking Settings > Windows Update. Additionally, update your drivers, through Acer's support page to ensure compatibility and proper functionality

Yes, we need to know which Nitro model you have. Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like ANxxx-xxx-xxxx. It will also be helpful to know which BIOS version is installed, which Windows version is installed and which Nitro Sense version you are trying to install. The Nitro Sense application and service really want to match up correctly to the BIOS and OS versions.
