I have an Acer Nitro N50-620 Gaming PC, i5-11400, GTX 1650, 8gb ram (upgraded to 16gb), 512gb ssd.

I've looked online and have seen vague figures on the PSU wattage being 500w, but then others saying its 300w. How can I find the exact PSU wattage for my system? I want to upgrade from a 1650 to a Sapphire Pulse RX 6600.

This model is shipped with 300 or 500W power supply. Since Windows doesn’t provide direct access to power supply details, the most reliable way to check is by physically inspecting the PSU.
One way is to check your power supply details accurately, turn off your PC, unplug the power cable, open the case with a screwdriver, and locate the label on the PSU showing the brand, model, and wattage.

You can also use HWMonitor, run the software and check the power usage of your CPU, GPU, and other components measured in watts. While it doesn’t show PSU wattage, it gives you an idea of your system’s power needs.

If your computer has the 300W PSU, consider upgrading to the largest Acer OEM option, which is the 500W PSU. The Sapphire Pulse RX 6600 requires a minimum 500W power supply for optimal performance and system stability. If you're upgrading from a GTX 1650, ensure your PSU meets this requirement to avoid any power-related issues.

You can find more info in this thread what is the largest psu is available for this model?

I hope this helps! If this was useful, please hit 'Yes' or 'Like'! Thanks! 😊
