How do i talk to acer online when the website gives me a error?

Hi, the warranty department said my warranty is still good and to contact the manufactorer, and the manufacturer is acer. I went to contact clicked chat live and it gave me this

403 ERROR

The request could not be satisfied.

Request blocked. We can't connect to the server for this app or website at this time. There might be too much traffic or a configuration error. Try again later, or contact the app or website owner.

Next i clicked other links like warranty and it gave me same error> I am using google chrome.
