got this laptop for my son. Lasted a few months but I have a warrenty. Shipped it to acer back that it couldn’t be opened because they didn’t have the little stickers that’s put on the back that tells you what type of computer it is. I’m only familiar with apple products so I have no clue about windows. It is an acer lpddr5 sr#XXX

Its very unusual that an Acer laptop doesn’t have its detailed sticker stuck on the underside of the laptop. Open the laptop and in Win-11 go to Settings > System > About as there you will have some details of your laptop as the references you gave “lpddr5 sr#1850360596” are not an Acer model number or serial number that can be referenced anywhere on the Acer site.

For System Model go to System Information table within Win-11 as you will see the model number of your laptop there. Or for serial number and SNID numbers of your Acer laptop, look at this guide here “Find Your Serial or Model Number Quickly: Popular Brands” Good luck and hope this helps you out.

Note: for S/N & SNID numbers, download the Serial Number Detection tool (this detector takes a while to detect all your laptops S/N and SNID and details, so be patient) as knowing these numbers is what the Acer Tech Support needs for a warranty claim.
