You need to uninstall the Realtek audio and the Intel graphics driver, then uninstall the NVidia graphic and audio drivers with DDU uninstaller, after doing all this you need to go to the Acer Driver & Manual page and get the oem Acer drivers for your Nitro laptop for the Realtek, Intel and NVidia drivers and install these drivers as these are the default drivers that Acer intel led into your Nitro laptop initially and then let windows update these drivers to their most appropriate and compatible latest drivers for your Nitro laptop.

I also suggest that you install the FxSound enhancer for better volume and sound quality especially if you listen to music and/or do gaming with headphones as this sound enhancer works really well with the Nitro laptops, I'm using this in my AN515-56 Nitro. Good luck and hope this helps you out further.
