The audio drivers in a Nitro gaming laptop is not only governed by the Realtek audio drive but its also governed by the Intel and NVidia audio drivers.

This audio issue for your web camera / HD Camera is caused by corrupt drivers, what I suggest that you do is uninstall in Device Manager the Realtek audio driver and then use the DDU uninstaller and uninstall the NVidia graphics and audio drivers in safe mode and then the Intel graphics and its audio in Device Manager and then fully reinstall these drivers from the oem Acer support site back again with the oem initial drivers that Acer has for your whatever Nitro model laptop you have, as these drivers work and will be eventually be updated to the newest and most compatible drivers for your Nitro laptop and the audio should work, as what has happened is that your audio drivers must have been corrupted and they all need to be reinstalled. Good luck and hope this helps you out.
