What is your CPU/GPU temperatures when this happens?

Open Nitrosense, then minimize it. Now open your game and play for 15 minutes straight. After 15 minutes, close your game, maximize Nitrosense, and post a screenshot here.

To fix FPS drops on your Nitro ANV15-41 while playing GTA V and RDR2, try updating your graphics drivers, closing background processes, adjusting game settings, and ensuring proper cooling.
    Here's a more detailed breakdown:-

    1. Update Graphics Drivers:
Outdated or corrupted drivers can lead to performance issues.
Go to the NVIDIA website, AMD website or Intel website and download the latest drivers for your specific GPU.
    2. Close Background Processes:
Many applications running in the background can consume resources and cause FPS drops.
Use the Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc) to identify and close unnecessary programs.
    3. Adjust Game Settings:
      GTA V:
Lower graphics settings like texture quality, shadow quality, and population density.
Try using MSAA instead of FXAA.
Disable VSync if you're experiencing input lag.
      RDR2:
      Lower resolution and graphics settings.
Disable or reduce the use of certain graphical features like motion blur or volumetric fog.
    4. Ensure Proper Cooling:
Overheating can cause your laptop to throttle performance.
Make sure your laptop is in a well-ventilated area and consider using a cooling pad.
You can also try undervolting your CPU and GPU to reduce heat.
    5. Other Potential Solutions:
Check for game updates: Make sure both GTA V and RDR2 are up to date.
Verify game files: Use the game's launcher to verify the integrity of the game files.
Reinstall the game: If all else fails, reinstalling the game might resolve the issue.
Check for hardware issues: If the problem persists, it's possible that there's a hardware issue with your laptop.

Start by visiting the official website of NVIDIA or AMD to download and install the latest graphics drivers for your laptop. Next, optimize in-game graphics settings by lowering textures, shadows, and anti-aliasing to reduce system load and improve performance. Use the Nitro Sense app to enable performance mode, which prioritizes gaming capabilities. Monitor your CPU and GPU temperatures to check for thermal throttling, and clean your laptop's vents to ensure proper cooling.

Close unnecessary background applications to free up system resources for gaming. Limit the frame rate in your games to a stable value, such as 60 FPS, to maintain smoother gameplay. Check Acer's official support page for BIOS and firmware updates that might enhance system performance. Finally, make sure your laptop is plugged in and set to high-performance mode in Windows power settings for maximum efficiency.
