Run windows update and check for optional updates as well. It can be hidden in optional updates

Hi, Unknown Derives and Other Devices are drivers/firmware nor recognized by Windows and are not compatible with your system, uninstall these devices and drivers in Device Manager marked with a yellow exclamation mark and just reboot, Windows will install the correct drivers/firmware.

To fix the "unknown device" issue on your Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 (PHN16-72), download essential drivers from Acer's support page, and use Windows Update to automatically detect and install missing drivers.

An "Unknown Device" in Device Manager usually indicates a hardware device that Windows can't identify or doesn't have the correct driver for, often requiring driver updates or troubleshooting.
Here's a breakdown of what it means and how to troubleshoot:
    What it Means:
    Missing or Corrupted Driver:
The most common reason is that the device driver is missing, corrupted, or outdated.
    Hardware Issue:
In some rare cases, it could indicate a hardware problem with the device or the computer's ability to recognize it.
    Device Not Recognized:
Windows might not recognize the device because it's not plugged in correctly, or the computer is not configured to use it.
