Where is the exact location of IC power 19V on AN515-56, should I check CMOS battery for this issue?

So where is the exact position of this IC Power 19v, on Acer Nitro 5 AN515-56

my laptop problem is won't turn on, but can charge with the charger

The only indicator light on when charging is the left one, like this

Should I check the CMOS battery too?

    @Pauleee

    This model does not have any reset pinhole. Did you try to reset your laptop by pressing the power button for 10 seconds?

    Yes I did that, I tried the hard reset unplug the battery and hold power button, and then plug back battery connector

    Nothing change, the problem still there, the laptop won't turn on, and the indicator light yellow is only left like on that pic
