Bluetooth adapter missing from TC-1760 after disconnection, how can I restore it?

Not sure if right category (tried to change it but wouldnt let me) Anyway, so I have had my Acer TC-1760, with Windows 11 Home, for a little over a year. Yesterday i was watching a video and listening via bluetooth speaker. All was good when suddenly the speaker disconnected, i thought it was the speaker at first till it was able to connect to my phone :/ so i tried to see if pc was connected to the port (speaker) but it wasnt. Tried to reconnect and it kept telling me to turn on bluetooth but i dont have a way to do that (its always been on, on this pc, even when i go through bluetooth settings i never had an option to toggle it on/off)
So i checked device manager to see if there was an issue with the driver and it was gone from there too, so i checked hidden folders and "bluetooth" was there however it was only listing all the bluetooth devices connected to the pc and not the drivers themselves,theyd totally disappeared.

I have tried umpteen fixes, including running system health check, scannow, perf, all of which found no issues, restarted bluetooth support service & set it to auto, troubleshooter couldnt help, and acer care says no issues & no updates, windows all up to date too, yet in system info i can see that everything bluetooth (kernel drivers) arent running and even i know they are essential for getting bluetooth to function properly, so if they arent running then the bluetooth isnt going to function :/ but to get them to start to run every single site is saying to do the exact things i have tried or siply cant do because the drivers arent there :/
I also tried adding via device manager, scanning for hardware changes etc etc even trying system restore (which failed several times until i gave up - but did name all of the blue tooth drivers that would been deleted and id maybe get back, but i cant seem to find anywhere on the system) When ive downloaded bluetooth drivers from here, i "install" it only to be told installed but added to 0 devices :/

I have also done a reset (kept all my files) and it did absolutely squat except to then totally delete bluetooth from the device manager, nothing is even showing up in hidden files now.
I have checked BIOS too, and there is no bluetooth there either for me to see if its enabled or not…after every change ive restarted the pc, ive literally been on this since 8am today and its now 11.50pm (never mind all afternoon and evening yesdterday)

I am sorely regretting buying this pc as have had nothing but issues with it, but have always used acer and liked this due to the apparent 2tb memory its meant to have yet so slow at times, considering i have hardly anything downloaded or stored on it :/ I think my 14 yr old acer would probably run better than this one if i plugged it back in in all honesty.

So anyway, I dont want to have to do a complete factory reset and scared to do a "go back" as when i went to earlier it was like it was going to go back to windows 10 (as it said system would be taken back to previous version sorry to see you go kind of thing) Im wondering if updating the bios would help in reinstating the bluetooth adapter or could i totally ruin it even further?Current bios is American megatrends Inc RO1-B1 2022 version and i know there is an updated Aver Ro1-B1 version available.
Anyway, please help if you can, before i launch the pc out the window

Try to refresh the BT driver by do the below first:

Go to Device Manager > Bluetooth > select Intel or MTK whichever your BT is > right click the card Properties > Driver > Update Driver > Browse my computer for drivers > Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer > and then pick the last and most recent dated BT driver that is in that list, and reinstall that driver, as afterwards your BT should work.

If the above doesn’t work, then completely uninstall the BT driver in Device Manger and reinstall the oem Acer TC-1760 BT driver version 10.0.0.1159 that Acer has for this desktop and let windows update the driver to its most current and compatible BT driver, as doing all this will work. I appreciate both of your input but as i have indicated in my comment, i have already tried all of these suggestions. Device manager isnt showing bluetooth even in hidden,support services is enabled etc etc
As you can see from the last picture the kernel drivers are there just not running, and obvs i cant turn the bluetooth device on, check for updates etc as the device isnt showing up in device manager :/ Its obvs theres nothing interfeing with signal as i was onnecting before and even if there was now something interfering with it, itd still show up on my system :/

Would updating the Bios help?

I would sincerely hope its not the hardware itself given i only purchased it in Nov 2023!(so typically literally just out of warranty) & my previous acer (which was about 14 yrs old) all components and hardware are still working, albeit slow, so….

I see that you're isn't enabled in bios. so that's your problem. Do you have a dongle in a usb ?

It is an onboard unit so no dongle.

hi, tried all this, only thing to try is the external dongle, so got one coming tomorrow.

If it is a hardware issue then that sucks,as the pc is just over a yr old…but would explain the issues ive had for months with sending/receiving files, no bluetooth option to turn it on/off (thats been from the start) & the speaker disconnecting randomly on/off for months too, only usuall i can get it to reconnect :/

yeah i send files from phone to pc and vice versa,guess i cant do that for now :/ To receive files to pc, even though its paired with my phone and connected, i had to go to bluetooth settings itself (bottom right of taskbar) and hit receive file and then go through the process. Then noticed a wee while ago that bluetooth option was gone (assumed it was due to windows update at the time, as a few others had gone too) so had to go through settings in start menu and receive a file that way, it worked up until 3 days ago when the issues properly started, i guess that was my sign :/ Or its windows itself messing with the adapter etc who knows, soon see :)

Did you try restoring your Windows (don't mess with your data) as that has sometimes brought back stuff for me ?

The easiest way to get to safe mode is hold the shift key while restarting then go into diagnostic repair mode as I remember.

Youre welcome…for anyone else if bluetooth icon is not showing up in task bar/notification area you can add it via bluetooth settings>devices>more bluetooth settings>options and then select it from there :)

Yeah i did that, tried through windows itself and it failed numerous times…so did it through acer care and it did nothing but totally remove the bluetooth from device manager (to point nothing even showing up in hidden files)

It had literally done a diagnostic repair on 2 of the start ups :/

However just got the dongle and the pc is recognising it, ive been able to connect to my phone and speaker…..AND it showing up in device manager main list yay :) So guess that tells me there is nothing wrong with an hardware inside? However doesnt tell me how to get the actual inbuilt bluetooth to show up in device manager or for the comp to recognise it even has one inbuilt :/ for now im going to leave it in place and get cracking with projects that have been on hold while i tried to sort this, wasnt starting any more in case i had to do a clean refresh lol

Bluetooth is handled by the same card as the WiFi. So, under Network Adapters you should see the model of WLAN card you have. If you have no WLAN card under Network Adapters in Device Manager then the card may have failed. A replacement card is likely not going to cost much more than the dongle will…
