I am thinking about upgrading my charger do you suggest using 230w or 180w is better? Does higher watts damage my other internal components?

I have ryzen 7 8845hs, rtx 4050, 32gbram, 2nvme ssd [ANV16-41-R3RP]

I have 135w charger and my battery drained from 80% to 32% in a few hours while gaming while plugged in. Temperatures all below 70c. Turbo mode off and charging limited 80%

I bought the laptop less than 2weeks ago

Consult Acer Tech Support in your country as the Nitro ANV15-xx and ANV16-xx models have this battery draining problem that is common to them all. Community members have upgraded the adapters for this models oem 135W adapter to a 180W or a 230W adapters but the battery draining issues still persisted so this is a laptop power rail design fault that you need to sort out with Acer Tech Support in your country. If Acer doesn't do anything especially if the laptop is out of warranty, then consult an experienced technician that could modify the main power and charging rails of your laptop so this battery drain does not happen, Good luck.
