My monitor's display does not work for some reason? one being an acer xv272u

i have 2 monitors, one being an acer xv272u and the other is kinda random as a 2nd. my acer monitor has visual problems after a year of use but ive never touched settings for it or never moved it. when i try to show my friends my screen through streaming, but it doesn't show on their end. my graphics drivers are always up too date and my ram is also not the problem. so im finding it hard to figure out what

    That has nothing to do with the Acer XV272U monitor, its either the computer or the streaming software that you are using. Also, be more specific of what computer model you have and specs and what you are exactly trying to do and how you are trying to "try to show my friends my screen through streaming" so that we can give you an exact solution.

    Check display settings to ensure the resolution and refresh rate are correctly configured. Inspect and, if necessary, replace damaged or loose cables. Reset the monitor to factory defaults via the on-screen display (OSD) menu, and test it with another device.
