Hi,

Any help with a video demonstrating on how to replace Acer A315-59 Screen.

This version seem to be unique with no video showing how to replace the screen and the way the screen is fitted at the back is very different from the other versions of acer laptops.

Any help will be highly appreciated

I recommend that you contact an Acer accredited PC workshop near you that replaces laptop screens, this is not a DIY job.

The Aspire A315-59 laptops LED 15.6” screens that Acer uses are the below screen models:

WARNING: to replace the screen you first need to disconnect the adapter from the laptops DC_IN port and the main battery plug from the mainboard before you disconnect the LCD screen plug from the mainboard, if you don't do this, you will cause serious damage to the laptop and the laptop will not boot.

Afterwards, take the old screen out and see the exact model number that is written on the screen of your A315-59 laptop and compare the screen with the models above and replace the new screen with that exact screen, also check the eDP cable plugs at the screen and mainboard if their pins are not damaged, as this can also contribute to NO image in a screen when the screen is working perfectly. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

Follow this PDF guide from the A315-59 SG LCD Panel Removal guide

A315-59 eDP cable, part number is highlighted, so search this product with the Acer part number.
