Reset the bios to defaults first and make sure that you have the last bios version installed for your Nitro laptop, whichever model you have, as there are allot of Nitro models and they all have different NS version software's!

Then try to install the Nitro Sense software like below. I've got the 2021 model Nitro AN515-56 and this method should work for these older Nitro models, I don't know about the 2023-24 models. I've also had an NS install problem after a clean install of Win-11 and this is what I did to install NS, so try this:

    1. Download the last version NS software from the Acer support page for your Nitro laptop.
    2. Open the NS folder and at folder named NitroSense V3.1 go to the below folder and click to open it

Then you should see the window below, then click on Install, as NS should install, well it did on my AN515-56, so try this method. Good luck and hope this helps you out

Start by uninstalling NBFC completely if it was installed on Windows, as leftover configurations may interfere with the system's fan control. Next, reset the BIOS settings by restarting your laptop and entering the BIOS/UEFI (usually by pressing F2 or DEL during startup). Look for the option to reset the BIOS to its default state, which can help clear any custom fan control settings.

Additionally, visit Acer's support page to download the latest drivers for your Nitro 5, particularly for the chipset and thermal management. Reinstall Acer's NitroSense software if it isn't already installed, as it’s designed to manage fan speeds and monitor temperatures. Finally, ensure your Windows operating system is fully updated, as updates often include important fixes for hardware compatibility issues.
