I bought acer aspire 72 years ago and it has already stopped working. Your people at service center took said it is a Motherboard problem like How? It is just a 2-year-old laptop.
Seems like a planned obsolescence. First, it's fan stopped working and then entire laptop. And I am not alone with this issue others have faced it too. And your response to them has been same too.
To me it seems like a production issue and customers being sent faulty devices. People need to realize that you are selling cheap products to students who absolutely need it.
I am thinking of filling an official complaint in consumer courts to see if any of my claims hold.
Hope you stop scamming people.
