I recently purchased a new ACER Swift GO 16 laptop.

I have been trying to access the Directv.com website and get the following error message:

“An error occurred while processing your request.

Reference #219.881c2117.1742940505.4135115d

https://errors.edgesuite.net/219.881c2117.1742940505.4135115d”

I have attempted to access the site using both Microsoft Edge and Chrome as well incognito windows in each. I have not had any issues accessing any other sites at this point.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Go to the Directv.com and consult their FAQs as this has nothing to do with your Acer Swift 16 SFX16-xx or whatever model laptop you have. I'm connected to a sporting site in Australia called Kayo which is a part of Fox sport with my Swift SFX14-51G and it works perfectly like your Swift 16 should. Good luck.

Appreciate the response, but if I can't reach directv.com, I can't get to their FAQs. I have been able to get to the site from my previous computer, so am assuming there is a setting that is preventing from reaching the site. That said, it is weird that it only seems to be there site. Will try to find other avenues.

    Thanks!

Which of the various trials that come with the laptop are still installed and active? As stated, there is no hardware reason you would be having issues with one site, but there might be something software-wise that is blocking it, such as the antivirus trial.
