Why Max fanspeeds & thermalpaste changes still not solving on Nitro 515-55 overheating during games?

In many games, temperatures are consistently at 92-95 degrees Celsius. I self serviced the laptop a month ago. I used Arctic MX-4 thermal paste. After replacing the thermal paste I did a stress test and the temperatures did not exceed 80 degrees, which was very happy and held steady at 72-75 degrees. About two weeks go by (at least I noticed after that time) that again my CPU started to warm up very much. Why did the effect disappear so quickly? What to do in this case? In technical support write that the normal operating temperature is considered to be up to 100 degrees and still do not say what could be the reason for such a quick disappearance of the effect....

I apply thermal paste as needed - a thin layer that just covers the surface of the processor. Coolers cleaned. It seems like everything should be normal, but where so quickly the effect evaporated I have no idea ...

And by the way, even setting the maximum speed of the coolers does not help to reduce the temperature, that is, that on automatic speed where it overclocks it to 3800rpm, that the maximum speed of 5000rpm difference in temperatures did not show....
