Aspire Go 15 (Model N23Q23): Is it possible to increase its RAM memory?

Hello everyone,

I recently bought an Aspire Go 15 for my kid. The price was good (AU$ 350) and it came Win11.

So, because I have some additional RAM Memories at home, I tried to increase its memory. For my surprise, when I opened the back cover of the Laptop, I couldn’t find any RAM Slots or expansion slots.

So, I just wanted to confirm if I am correct in my assumption that this model doesn’t allow user to expand its memory RAM. So, its current 4GB is in “some way” integrated into its Motherboard.

Thanks in advance for your comments.

Mat

The Aspire Go 15 (Model N23Q23) is not how this laptop is identified by, that number might be a model number written on the back of the laptop, but that is an Acer model name not what the market identifies the N23Q23, as your laptop is known a the Aspire AG15-31P.

This laptop has internal soldered type and comes in models with either 4GB or 8GB or 16GB LPDDR5 4800MT/s speed ram and you can't upgrade the ram with removable ram, you are stuck with whatever ram your Aspire AG15-31P has.
