BT here in the UK are laying the blame for poor internet throughput at Acer's door. I've paid for nominal 900 down, 150 up but I'm getting very variable figures. Best is about 380/110 worst is 150 down 0.30 up. Suggestions?

Hi, to check the speed of your Wi-Fi card open the command prompt as Administrator and paste this command: wmic nic where “NetEnabled=true” get Name, Speed that will return something like 280+ Mbps, 90% of high latency/slow internet speed is caused by the ISP, router (4G or 5G) and location (remote), very little is caused by a new network adapter or configuration. The low upload speed you mention is normal for high traffic. 380 Mbps download speed is very good for 5G.
