Hi, here are some tips you can try: Fix Clock Watchdog Timeout Error on Windows [8 Methods] - EaseUS
Don't download their software but instead boot to Safe Mode (see link below) and if no errors/BSOD in Safe Mode it probably is a bad GPU driver that you can uninstall (in Safe Mode) with DDU and just reboot.

This error occurs when the operating system encounters a critical error that it cannot recover from. When this happens, the Windows crashes and displays a blue screen with an error message.

While Windows 11 has been designed to be more stable and reliable than previous versions, there is always a risk of encountering a BSOD error. Various reasons such as software conflicts, hardware issues, or corrupted system files can all cause your computer to bluescreen. Windows 11 includes new features to minimize the risk of BSOD errors, such as improved error handling and more robust memory management.

If you encounter a blue screen, you can try the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue. Restart your computer: Sometimes the BSOD is just a temporary glitch, and restarting your computer can resolve the issue.

Check for updates: Make sure that your Windows 11 is up-to-date with the latest updates and patches. Microsoft often releases updates that address security issues and bugs that can cause BSOD.
Run a virus scan: Use Windows Defender or your antivirus software to scan your system for any malware that may be causing the BSOD.

Uninstall recently installed software or hardware: If you recently installed new software or hardware before the BSOD started to appear, try uninstalling it and see if the problem persists.
Restore your operating system: If you are getting persistent BSODs and are unable to identify the root cause of the problem, you can try restoring your operating to factory settings. Make sure you choose the option to Keep My Files so you do not lose your information during this process.

A clock_watchdog_timeout BSOD error relates to a problem between your system and CPU communicating. It's a system-level process called “system interrupt,” which is normal behavior. However, if your system spends too long in the interrupt phase, you'll get a blue screen error

In addition to checking for updates and memory diagnostics, you can take the following steps to troubleshoot and resolve this error:
    1.Check Hardware Connections:
Ensure that all hardware components (CPU, RAM, GPU, etc.) are properly seated in their respective slots.
    Re-seat the CPU if necessary.

    2.Update Drivers:
Outdated or incompatible drivers can cause this error. Update your chipset drivers, graphics drivers, and other relevant drivers.
Use Windows Update to check for driver updates.

    3.Check for Overheating:
Overheating can lead to system instability. Monitor your CPU temperature using tools like HWMonitor or Core Temp.
Clean the CPU cooler and ensure proper airflow within the case.

    4.BIOS Update:
Update your motherboard’s BIOS to the latest version. Check the manufacturer’s website for instructions.

    5.Check for Hardware Issues:
Test your CPU using tools like Prime95 or Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool.

    6.Check Power Supply Unit (PSU):
A faulty PSU can cause instability. Make sure your PSU is functioning correctly.
    Consider replacing it if necessary.

    7.Disable Overclocking:
If you’ve overclocked your CPU, revert to default clock speeds and see if the error persists.

    8.Check for Malware:
Run a full system scan using Windows Defender or a reliable third-party antivirus program.

    9.Check Event Viewer:
Open Event Viewer and look for any critical or error events related to the CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT.
Note down the details for further investigation.
