The total max capacity ram modules (as is recommended by Acer) is 32GB.There are 2 DIMM socket that supports memory size per socket Up to 16 GB. Supports maximum memory size 32 GB with DIMM Speed Up to 5200 MT/s and DIMM voltage 1.1V

    Solid state drive
    512 GB / 1 TB, PCIe Gen4, 16 Gb/s, NVMe
    12 GB / 1 TB, PCIe Gen3, 8 Gb/s, NVMe

here's the memory and SSD modules recommended for this model. You may Google the part number to check the availability in your region.

I hope this helps! If this was useful, please hit 'Yes' or 'Like'! Thanks! 😊

This model can handle up to 96GB DDR5-5200MHz RAM.

There is no capacity limit for storage, so feel free to upgrade the drive to any capacity that fits your usage.

Installing a fresh Windows can lose all of the included apps and drivers from Acer. You will have to manually install them later on.

Make sure that you have enabled the F12 boot menu in the BIOS.

Thank you and have a nice day!
