How do I fix this? the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error
I did a reset and now I see this. I'm not sure what might have happened. I'm freaking out.

What has happened is that the windows reset (Keep my files or Remove everything) was corrupted and has damaged the windows OS on the boot drive or the boot drive is a faulty drive. If you have valuable data on your boot drive C:\ then I suggest that you take the drive out and take it to a professional data recovery technician that can recover most of the data on that drive, do not try and restore the drive with software from the web as you will destroy the valuable data on that drive and make it unrecoverable.
If you don't have valuable data on the boot drive C:\, then do a new clean install and format the drive completely or buy a new drive as the old drive could be faulty and that is why the windows reset didn't work. Construct a Rufus 4.5 bootable USB drive and also put the Intel RST driver (if its an Intel cpu laptop) onto that USB, so that the windows OS installation recognizes the V16s boot M.2 SSD.
