Hello Guys.

I have purchase Predator Helios 16 (4080) on june 2024 for the last 2 months iam facing so many issues, First my Adapter is Dead they replaced it with new one but it was getting so hot my finger got burnt. From then on my laptop performance dropped around 60%. It's i9-14900hx but it's working like i5 then Suddenly i can't use Blender or Daz3d both are Crashing. When playing games Textures won't load. When i went to serive center they told it's motherboard issue. On Feb 23 i have ordered a new mother board but they are saying like you have to wait 2 more days from March 3rd onwards. When i contact the costumer care they are always telling wait 2 more days. It's been 2 months since i have been facing issues, i can't even use the laptop..

Please help.. Anyone..

My laptop...

The PHN16-72 with the i9-14900HX cpu and an RTX4080 gpu is a new and not a very common laptop, you have a high spec and a high end laptop and its probably hard to get an exact spec mainboard for it, as they don't just sit on the Acer Tech Support shelves😁be patient as Acer Tech Support will have a new mainboard for your laptop and it will be fixed as soon as they can get the new mainboard, then they need to refit it into your PHN16-72 laptop case and test the laptop for full functionality >BE PATIENT<!!!

It's been a month exactly they are Telling "your request is approved" that's it. When i asked if the part has been shipped. They are saying "please wait 2 days". It's been 20 days but they are saying the same sentence. (wait 2 days).
