Hello. I have a laptop nitro AN14-41, R5-8HS, 4050 6gb, ram 16 LPDDR6.

I bought this laptop last December and from the beginning I’m experiencing different stutters in games. I’ve checked GPU power and it always changes depending on scene in game. So for instance if I play on low - high settings- fps absolutely the same. Changes only GPU power and when it happens - the fps 1%low goes from 75-110 to 23 or 0.
I have tried to reinstall windows, drivers, DDU uninstaller, different settings etc.
i think that there is no problem with the drivers, and that the fps drops because of balanced power mode in Nitro sense(there is no high performance option, only this and eco).

Either in settings of windows there are only balanced mode and acer’s option.

I changed the acer mode to be the same as a high performance mode, but it seems that it doesn’t affect on the overall performance.

The last drive for bios from acer drivers installed.

How should I proceed with the problem?

Why didn’t you mention this earlier?
How much memory (RAM) is installed in your laptop? How many games have you played where you're experiencing FPS drops? Use MSI Afterburner for real-time monitoring while gaming. Play for about 15-20 minutes and check the GPU/CPU temperatures when you encounter FPS drops, then let me know.

I’ve noticed that High-Performance mode is not available on newer laptops, as I saw this on my brother’s new HP gaming laptop. This is due to modern standby, which doesn’t make much of a difference even if it’s disabled and High-Performance mode is enabled.

Start by creating a custom high-performance power plan in Control Panel > Power Options to maximize system performance. In Nitro Sense, set the fan speed to maximum to keep the system cool while gaming. Next, open the NVIDIA Control Panel and set "Power Management Mode" to Prefer Maximum Performance under Manage 3D Settings. Ensure your GPU and chipset drivers are up-to-date by downloading them from NVIDIA’s official website and Acer's Drivers & Manuals page. Use Task Manager to monitor and close any unnecessary background applications consuming resources.
