Is the BSOD issue on Swift 3x SF14-510G still there?

Hello Acer Community

I'm asking to fellow Swift 3x SF14-510G users out there.

So my laptop experienced bluescreen loop that was caused by a faulty graphics driver back in 2021 (some people with this model had this issue too). I managed to "fix it" by downgrading the drivers to their default versions. But I hadn't used the laptop ever since, until today. Earlier today I updated Windows and everything, then I tried to open epic games but it refused to, it said that the graphics driver I have is outdated.

Now the question is, has this BSOD issue been resolved? I want to update my graphics driver through device manager but I don't wanna risk bringing the BSOD issues back (if it's still here in the first place, I know it's an OLD issue but I'm just making sure cus I don't wanna risk it)

Any help is appreciated!

  • Processor: Intel i5 Gen 11 something
  • Graphics: Intel Iris Xe & Intel Iris xe MAX
