Hi,
I have Predator PH16-72 with Windows11 installed, when I tried to connect Bluetooth headphones, it keeps disconnecting after some time. I have to reset the connection to connect again. I get the below error in the events
Device settings for USB\VID_8087&PID_0036\5&feba0c6&0&14 were not migrated from previous OS installation due to partial or ambiguous device match.

What have I tried:
- Removed and added device again
- Updated drivers to the latest from the Acer page
- Updated drivers from Intel Bluetooth page
- Checked settings and made sure that bluetooth energy efficiency mode is disabled
- Ran Windows trouble shooter for Bluetooth
- Ran DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth and sfc/scannow
- Reinstalled Windows 11
None of the above helped.
Any clue what to check next?
