Hi,

I have Predator PH16-72 with Windows11 installed, when I tried to connect Bluetooth headphones, it keeps disconnecting after some time. I have to reset the connection to connect again. I get the below error in the events

Device settings for USB\VID_8087&PID_0036\5&feba0c6&0&14 were not migrated from previous OS installation due to partial or ambiguous device match.

What have I tried:

  1. Removed and added device again
  2. Updated drivers to the latest from the Acer page
  3. Updated drivers from Intel Bluetooth page
  4. Checked settings and made sure that bluetooth energy efficiency mode is disabled
  5. Ran Windows trouble shooter for Bluetooth
  6. Ran DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth and sfc/scannow
  7. Reinstalled Windows 11

None of the above helped.

Any clue what to check next?
