    Check Audio Settings

    1. Volume Levels: Ensure that the in-game audio settings are maximized, including music and sound effects.
    2. Output Device: Verify that the correct audio output device is selected in your system settings. Sometimes, the game may not be directing sound to the intended device.

    Audio Format Settings

Adjusting the audio format settings can resolve sound issues:

    1. Right-click on the speaker icon in the taskbar and select "Sounds."
    2. Go to the "Playback" tab and double-click on your default audio device.
    3. Navigate to the "Advanced" tab and experiment with different sample rates and bit depths (e.g., 16 bit, 44.1 kHz).

If above steps doesn't work for you then try to uninstall your laptop audio driver then check

To uninstall your sound driver and restart your computer, follow these steps:

    1. Open Device Manager: Press Windows + X and select Device Manager from the menu.
    2. Locate Sound Driver: Expand the category Sound, video, and game controllers.
    3. Uninstall Driver: Right-click on your audio device (e.g., Realtek High Definition Audio) and select Uninstall device. Check the box Delete the driver software for this device if prompted, then click Uninstall.
    4. Restart Your Computer: Save all work and restart your computer. Windows will reinstall a default audio driver automatically after reboot.

Start by checking the in-game audio settings for both God of War and Valorant to ensure music and sound effects are enabled. Next, verify your system audio settings, making sure the correct output device is selected and the games aren't muted in the Volume Mixer. You can also use the built-in Windows audio troubleshooter by going to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters to identify and resolve potential problems. Additionally, update your audio drivers through Device Manager to ensure compatibility. Lastly, test audio playback in other programs, such as YouTube or Spotify, to confirm whether the issue is specific to the games or system-wide

Here's a breakdown of potential causes and troubleshooting steps:
    In-Game Settings:
    Check Game Volume Settings:
Ensure the music volume is not muted or set to a very low level within the game's audio settings.
    Specific Game Issues:
Some games have known bugs or glitches related to audio, so try searching online for solutions specific to the game you're experiencing the issue with.
    Mute on Startup:
Some games may have a setting to mute or disable audio on startup, check for such options in the game's settings

    Audio Driver Issues:
Outdated Drivers: Update your audio drivers to the latest version from the manufacturer's website.
Audio Enhancements: Try disabling "Enable audio enhancements" in your audio settings.
Reinstall Drivers: If updating doesn't solve the problem, try uninstalling and reinstalling your audio drivers.

    Other Potential Issues:
Volume Mixer: Check the Windows Volume Mixer to ensure the game's audio volume is not muted or set to a low level.
Audio Output Device: Make sure the correct audio output device is selected in Windows settings.
Game Compatibility: Some games might not be fully compatible with certain audio configurations, so try adjusting your audio settings or using different audio output devices.

If main menu and background music aren't playing despite maximized volume, check for muted game audio, incorrect audio output device, or game-specific audio settings. Additionally, ensure your Windows audio mixer is correctly configured and that no other applications are interfering with the game's audio.

    1. Check Game-Specific Audio Settings:
      In-Game Audio Settings:
Many games have separate volume sliders for music, sound effects, and master volume. Make sure the music volume isn't muted or set too low within the game's audio settings.
      Mute Button:
Look for a mute button or toggle for music within the game's audio options.
      Game-Specific Audio Issues:
Some games have known audio bugs or glitches that can cause music to stop playing. Try searching for solutions specific to the game you're experiencing the issue with.
    2. Verify Windows Audio Settings:
      Check Volume Mixer:
Right-click the speaker icon in the system tray and select "Open Volume Mixer." Ensure the game's audio volume is not muted or set to a low level.
      Audio Output Device:
Make sure the correct audio output device (e.g., speakers, headphones) is selected in Windows audio settings.
      Audio Enhancements:
Disable "Enable audio enhancements" in the sound properties of your audio device (if available) as some enhancements can interfere with game audio.
      Reinstall Audio Drivers:
Corrupted or outdated audio drivers can cause audio issues. Try uninstalling and reinstalling your audio drivers from the manufacturer's website.
