Bluetooth Connection Issue – Acer Aspire Spin 5 and Belkin SOUNDFORM ELITE

I am experiencing an issue with my Acer Aspire Spin 5 when connecting to my Belkin SOUNDFORM ELITE speaker via Bluetooth. The connection initially establishes successfully, but after a few minutes, it disconnects automatically.

The speaker works flawlessly with my smartphone, without any disconnections.

I would appreciate any suggestions or known fixes for this issue. Has anyone encountered a similar problem with this model?

First try to refresh the BT drive in Device Manger by doing this:

Go to > Device Manager > Bluetooth > select whatever Bluetooth you have > right click the card Properties > Driver > Update Driver > Browse my computer for drivers > Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer > and then pick the last and most recent dated BT driver that is in that list, and reinstall that driver, as afterwards your BT should work 100% and not disconnect.

If the above doesn't work, then uninstall the BT driver from Device Manager and also Control Panel > Uninstall a program, completely and reinstall the oem Spin 5 (whatever model it is) from the Acer driver & support page as this BT driver should work perfectly. Good luck and hope this helps you out.
