Acer Nitro VG270 no audio playing/no audio option

I just got Acer Nitro VG270 and trying to set up the audio and I have done everything on the settings on my computer that is needed but anytime I have gone into the menu for the monitor, there are no options for audio. I know there is an option of audio due to the fact that my computer recognizes there is a speaker system and attempts to have all audio go through my monitor. Computer is just hooked via HDMI and there are no headphone jack on the monitor as well. Even through the manual it does indeed show there being a audio option, I have included a photo of the monitor's menu.

This monitor should have 2x speakers and an audio output of 2W total, try and see if the audio comes through the Bluetooth headphones of PC speakers as audio should come through the Nitro VG270 speakers with a HDMI connection. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

See its SG below as its strange that its got no audio coming out

If your Acer Nitro VG270 monitor isn't playing audio, check your audio settings in Windows (ensure the monitor is set as the default audio device) and verify the audio cable connection and volume levels on both the monitor and your computer.

    1. Check Audio Settings in Windows:
Verify Default Audio Device: Go to the Sound settings in Windows (Sound icon next to the clock) and ensure that the Acer Nitro VG270 (or the corresponding audio output) is selected as the default playback device.
Adjust Volume: Make sure the volume is not muted and is at a reasonable level.
Test with Different Audio Sources: Try playing audio from different sources (e.g., YouTube, a music player) to see if the issue is specific to a particular application or input.
    2. Check Monitor Settings:
      OSD Menu:
Navigate to the On-Screen Display (OSD) menu of the monitor and check the audio settings. Ensure that the speakers are enabled and the volume is adjusted.
      Audio Input:
If you're using an external audio source (e.g., soundbar), ensure the correct audio input is selected on the monitor.
    3. Check Connections and Cables:
      HDMI/DisplayPort:
Ensure the HDMI or DisplayPort cable is securely connected to both the monitor and your computer.
      Audio Cable (if applicable):
If you're using an external audio source, make sure the audio cable (e.g., 3.5mm AUX cable) is properly connected to the monitor's audio output and the source device.

There are a bunch of different versions of the VG270 models. Yours doesn't have speakers installed, so doesn't have the audio options in the menus.
