Aspire A515-54G hooked up a Lenovo ThinkVision monitor it seems it wiped out audio driver

I have an Acer Aspire A515-54G laptop. I hooked up a Lenovo ThinkVision monitor to my laptop recently and this seems to have wiped out the audio driver in my laptop. My laptop cannot see the speakers internal to the machine. I down loaded the Audio driver off the Acer web site and I now have a file on my screen for this driver. How do I get the driver saved into my computer operating system so I can hear sound again?

Your Aspire A515-54G audio is governed by 3 drivers, Realtek audio, Intel UHD Graphics 620 and the NVidia MX250 or MX330 gpu graphics drivers, as they also have audio components within them, so uninstall all of them through Device Manager and Control Panel and then do a clean reinstall of all these drivers using the oem Acer provided drivers from the A515-54G support page and then let windows update update all these drivers to the latest compatible drivers for your A515-54G laptop, as your audio should work after doing all this.
