Hi, you probably corrupted the system files, the only way to fix that is by a clean install of Windows11 with an ISO image and USB disk. https://community.acer.com/en/kb/articles/14286-windows-11-how-to-create-installation-media Note to download W11 23H2 from UUPdump.net and not the Microsoft site.

It would help if you told us what Acer PC model number you have? If you have disturbed the reset function of windows, and if the startup repairs don't work, then unfortunately you need to CLEAN INSTALL windows again, as you have corrupted the boot order and the windows operating system is faulty which will never ever boot.

If you have valuable data on the boot drive then get a professional data recovery tech to recover all your data as they probably will recover 80% to 100% of your valuable data. if you don't have valuable data, then do a clean install and construct a Rufus 4.5 boot USB to install a windows OS on whatever Acer PC that you have. Good luck.

If your Windows PC repeatedly turns off and on during boot, it could be due to overheating, hardware issues, or software problems. Try unplugging external devices, performing a hard reset, checking for loose connections, and potentially disabling fast startup.
Here's a more detailed breakdown of potential causes and solutions:-

    1. Hardware Issues:
      Overheating:-
Check CPU and GPU temperatures: Use monitoring software to see if your CPU or GPU are reaching critical temperatures.
Ensure proper cooling: Make sure your CPU cooler and case fans are working correctly and that there's adequate airflow.
Clean dust: Dust buildup can significantly reduce cooling efficiency.
      Hardware Failures:
Faulty components: A failing hard drive, RAM, or motherboard can cause instability and shutdowns.
Loose connections: Ensure all cables are securely connected to the motherboard, power supply, and other components.
Power supply issues: A faulty power supply can cause inconsistent power delivery, leading to on-and-off cycling.
      Check physical connections:
Ensure the data and power cables are securely connected to the hard drive and motherboard.
      Check the motherboard:
Inspect the motherboard for any damaged or blown capacitors.
    2. Software Issues:-
      Outdated Drivers:
Update drivers: Keep your drivers, especially for graphics cards and network adapters, up to date.
      Software Conflicts:
Check for conflicting software: Certain software can cause instability, try uninstalling recently installed programs.
      Corrupted System Files:
Run System File Checker (SFC): Open Command Prompt as administrator and run sfc /scannow.
Try Startup Repair: Access the Windows Recovery Environment and run Startup Repair.
    3. Other Troubleshooting Steps:-
Unplug External Devices: Remove USB drives, printers, and other peripherals.
Perform a Hard Reset: Disconnect the power cord, wait a few seconds, and then reconnect it.
      Disable Fast Startup:
Go to Control Panel > Power Options > Change what the power buttons do > Uncheck "Turn on fast startup (recommended)".
      Check BIOS/UEFI Settings:
Enter the BIOS/UEFI by pressing F2 or Delete repeatedly during startup.
Check if the hard drive is detected.
Check for "Automatic Restart" in Power Options: Disable "Automatic Restart" in "Power Options".
Disable "Allow Wake Timers" in Power Options: Disable "Allow Wake Timers" in Power Options.
Disable Wake-on-LAN option in Power Management: Disable Wake-on-LAN option in Power Management.
