XZ273UX - Huge Ghosting / Blur Issue + HDR

Hey, had this monitor for like a year, and it just keeps switching between from one huge issue to the next. Previously it's been refusing to shut down properly (Illuminated dark screen), forcing me to disconnect the power, as the normal power button ceases to work. After plugging/unplugging and so forth many times, one time the issue suddenly disappeared, after I left the monitor unused for week.

Relieved by this new one;
I often randomly get massive ghosting / blur while playing games from 0-3 times a day, with the same issue of power button not working during issues. So I've plugged it into a remote power switch, just so I can use voice commands to turn it on/off instead of crawling under my desk up to 3 times a day. Turning it on/off again not only removes the ghosting-blur, but also fixes the power button. This has so far been happening randomly, but as I tried to play The Finals with my nephew today, this issue happened literally every time I died in-game, in addition to once randomly during gameplay, and once right after I booted the game.

As for the bug itself, since it's blur/ghosting related, everything looks fine, as long as there's only small movements on the screen. If there's bigger movement, or if I turn around in-game, everything basically lingers for almost half a second. I've been unable to record it, as this issue seems to be with the monitor itself, and when I've streamed as it happens, people can't see it on the stream either. I'd just assumed it was a random hardware issue so far, but since dying in The Finals guaranteed the bug, I assume it happens when some kind of technique / feature is being used by the monitor.

This is in addition to some permanent HDR issues I've been having.
If I turn off HDR settings in Windows 11, it suddenly increases the HDR/gamma/contrast to horrible levels, messing up the colors and intensifying colors way too much.
Can't screenshot this on windows, so took from my phone.
1st is HDR on, where it's perfectly fine, just low quality image from my phone.
2nd is HDR off, but with saturation increased a ton, and colors being messed up.

I've previously had HDR issues on startup as well, when I had my previous power off problem, where HDR colors would be way off, until I turned monitor on/off again.
And most times when turning on/off HDR in Windows, I would get black/white colors with lots of lines across the entire screen.

So far I've been able to fix the ghosting-blur issue by cursing at whatever deity is closest, and doing my trick. But when the bug starts to happen several times a minute, then I'll take any advice I can get in fixing this mess.

Any help is appreciated 😭

    Can't see any place to edit my previous post, so just adding this here.
    Found 2 reddit threads featuring same issue, one with same monitor and one with almost same model number.
