This is how the problem starts:
I shutdown the laptop and then suddenly I can't even enter the BIOS of the laptop.

I bring it to the nearest repair shop and they said that they can't find the bios for this specific model.

They eventually made the BIOS work but cannot install any OS and said that they need to reformat my drive and is charging me $30 dollars for it.

I just get my laptop and tried to format it myself but the SSD seems busted and I bought a new one.

I saw the model in the BIOS is not the same as the model of my laptop.

The problem now:

Every time I install any kind of OS: Windows or Linux. These are the problems:

For Windows: The windows installed and booted successfully but after I shut it down, when I turn it on again it always go to BSOD and then repairing the windows. Endless loop.

For Linux mint: Able to install Linux mint one time then after I reboot the laptop it stops responding and keeps freezing. It's almost always stuck in the Linux mint logo or is freezing before I could do anything.

Is the problem the incompatible bios or there are other possible hardware problems?

Here are the possible needed details if needed:
S/N:NXHNBSP002XXX

SIND:XXX

If it is the bios, is there a source for the bios file because I can't find it in the acer website either. Thank you in advance.
