Hi,

I have Acer E15 running Windows 10 and my bluetooth stopped working.
I can't find the toggle in the Bluetooth settings and when I run the Bluetooth troubleshooter it says my device doesn't have bluetooth.

Very frustrating… Could anyone help me, please?

    Verify Device Manager Settings
Open Device Manager by right-clicking on the Start menu. Expand the Bluetooth section. If you see an arrow icon next to the Bluetooth device, it may be disabled. Right-click and select Enable device.
If Bluetooth is missing entirely, click on View > Show hidden devices to check if it appears3.

Update or Reinstall Drivers :Right-click on your Bluetooth device in Device Manager and select Update driver > Search automatically for updated driver software. If no updates are found, uninstall the driver by right-clicking on the device and selecting Uninstall device. Restart your PC, and Windows should reinstall the driver automatically.

Alternatively, download and install the latest drivers here :  Acer Drivers and Manuals support page

    Run Windows Troubleshooter
Go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters.
Select Bluetooth, then click Run the troubleshooter and follow the prompts.

If the issue persists, system restore helps you to revert your computer’s state to that of a previous point in time. You can use this feature to restore your computer to a back date where your Bluetooth is still working properly.

I hope this helps! If this was useful, please hit 'Yes' or 'Like'! Thanks! 😊

Start by checking Device Manager for the Bluetooth section. If there's a yellow exclamation mark next to the Bluetooth device, right-click on it and select "Update driver." If Bluetooth isn't listed, try scanning for hardware changes by clicking on "Action" and then "Scan for hardware changes." Next, enable Bluetooth services by pressing Windows + R to open the Run dialog box, typing services.msc, and ensuring the "Bluetooth Support Service" is set to "Automatic" and is running. If these steps don't resolve the issue, uninstall the current Bluetooth driver from Device Manager, restart your computer, and let Windows automatically reinstall the driver. Finally, make sure your Windows 10 is up to date, as updates can fix hardware and driver issues.
