BSOD crashes on my Aspire 5 A515-46 laptop after light use, any Built-In diagnostics or solutions?

Hola. I purchased the laptop about a year and a half ago. It got only light use for most of that time. My wife would read the news and that was it. Never a problem. I decided to start using it and it will occasionally crash with the BSOD for just a couple of seconds then it restarts. I was able to read part of the message and it says there's a problem and it's going to restart. No time to scan the QR code. I reinstalled W11through the recovery setting and any updates. I have already been to the MS Community and worked with someone asking me to send him some MiniDump files in the Windows directory but it's not creating any. So they weren't able to help me. I'm suspecting hardware. Are there any built in diagnostics for the hardware or any apps to try. I'm ready to stick the laptop in the living room and use it to watch NetFlix on the tv.

Without knowing the exact BSOD error(s) it’s very hard to advise you precisely what is wrong with your Aspire A515-46 laptop and why its getting a random BSOD, as it could be allot of things. Try the following fixes and see if it fixes your issues, as this laptop has an AMD Ryzen type 3 or 5 or 7 cpu and the cpu has an integrated AMD RadeonTM Graphics, it also has 8GB on-board ram and can be upgraded to 24GB with 1x 16GB DDR4-3200MT/s CL 22 type ram module. All I can advise you on is to check the ram module if there is a removable module fitted to your laptop, as that could be causing the BSOD error or install the oem Acer graphics driver listed in the Acer driver and Manual support page for this laptop which is AMD derive dated: 2021/10/13 version 27.20.11044.7

Make sure that you have the last bios version 1.05 installed and all Win-11 24H2 to OS build: 26100.3323 and in windows updates look at the Advanced updates > Driver updates and install the firmware that are there, as that could help also. That is all I can advise you for now until you have an exact cation of the BSOD error that you are getting, as every laptop is different. Good luck and hope this helps you out and let us know if this fixes the issue.
