My Aspire a515-52 laptop won't start, tried removing RAM and battery still not powering up

I tried to boot my laptop today, but nothing happens. I did it without the charger plugged in and the light for power and light up but nothing showed on the screen,
I tried with the charger in, and when I plugged the charger in, the laptop beeped once, and nothing else happened.
I tried to remove one of the RAM stick and boot with the other, either way, and nothing changed,
I removed the battery connector to the Motherboard, held down the power button for 30secs, and plugged it back in and nothing...
Do you guys have any suggestions before I drop it at a professional?

Hi, released in January 2019 and if the battery was never replaced in 6 years it will be depleted. Try to reset the battery first, there is a small pinhole in the back of your laptop (with a battery sign), stick a pin in that hole till you feel it click (micro switch), keep pressing the pin for a few seconds, if it still won't boot you can get a (cheap) battery here: JGTM AP19B5L Laptop Battery Replacement for ACER Aspire 5 A515-43 A515-43G A515-52 A515-52G A517-52G / Swift 3 SF314-42 SP314 - AliExpress

Do a hard reset first by taking the main battery out and disconnecting the bios battery, at the bios battery mobo plug shot the +&- pins to reset CMOS and then take all the ram out, leave the laptop like that for 1 hour so that its EC Chipset an bios chips reset properly and then replace the main battery with a new battery (if you haven't changed the battery on this laptop since new).

If all the above doesn't work or power your laptop on then the main power rail in the laptop has been shorted and either a mosfet or capacitor needs pinpointing and replacing in the power rail by a technician, as you can’t do it yourself. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

a faulty battery could contribute to the issue, especially if it’s shorted or interfering with power delivery to the motherboard. However, since the problem persists even with the battery disconnected, the root cause is more likely:

A failing power adapter/charging port

Motherboard/circuit damage

BIOS corruption

For quick testing:

Try a known-good charger.

Inspect the battery connector for damage/corrosion.

If no improvement, professional repair is advised.
