I have an Aspire V3 772G. I attempted to install win 11 during which the screen went white. I have tried numerous suggestions to rectify this without success. I have since formatted the hard drive and still the same issue continues. Any ideas. Thank you

What is the processor on this laptop? It seems to be an old model.

Win-11 24H2 or any genuine Win Microsoft version OS is NOT COMPATIBLE with your laptop as the V3-772G has an Intel 4th Gen cpu and its mobo does NOT HAVE the security TPM 2.0 chip and a min Intel 8th Gen cpu which are all needed for a min spec Win-11 installation, that is why you are getting a white screen. Upgrade your laptop to a new and an Win-11 spec laptop or install Win-10 and the last February 2025 OS build on your V3-772G laptop as that will work, also upgrade the ram and use an SSD drive as the boot drive as all these upgrades will improve your V3-772G laptops speed, Good luck
