Depends on which PHN16-xx you have, the PHN16-71-xxxx these laptop all had 165 RR monitor screens as far as the SG specs are listed with the RTX4050 gpu. the exact specs are as follows; refresher rate of 165Hz at Display resolution (pixels) 2560 (H) × 1600 (V) and the PHN16-72-xxxx has a refresher rate screen of up to 240 @ Display resolution (pixels) 2560 (H) x 1600 (V) with the RTX4050 gpu. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

    What is refresh rate?

A refresh rate is the speed at which a monitor’s image changes, or refreshes. The refresh rate of the monitor heavily affects the smoothness of the image on-screen. You can think of it a bit like a flip book animation – the faster the image changes, the smoother the end result will be.

The number of changes or refreshes per second is expressed in hertz (Hz). You can typically find the refresh rate of a monitor in its specs, with typical PC monitors starting around 60Hz and the latest top-end gaming displays stretching all the way to 500Hz.

    RTX4050 GPU FPS

The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 can run games with frames per second ranging from 105.9 FPS up to 168.0 FPS depending on game settings with 1920 × 1080 (FHD (1080p)) resolution. On ultra settings this processor can achieve on average around 105.9 FPS .

Set the fps in the NVidia Control panel settings, see the NVidia guide here at Max Frame Rate and set it to 400 fps for best performance.
