Uninstall the Intel graphics driver from Device Manager completely and the NVidia with DDU uninstaller then install both drivers from your laptops (whatever model it is) graphics drivers from the Acer Drivers and Manual support page and see if the screen recovers.

If not then, disconnect the battery first, and check if the screen eDP cable is plugged into the mainboard properly and the screen properly as that could be lose and could be causing this pixel screen faut. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

If you are using a PC with a monitor, not a laptop, then you should be able to do this.

On the monitor on the bottom or side is a Menu button, press that to bring up the on-screen controls

First look for an autofit or aspect ratio setting to try to fit everything on your screen.

If that does not work, there should be a vertical alignment setting you can use that to move up the image on the monitor.

Lastly, if none of the above works, right click your Desktop, open the video card control panel an loos for the aspect ratio setting and ty each option there.
