I have had the laptop for almost a month. I tried activating the offer but was told I had to wait until my current subscription ended - which it now has. However, activating has proved impossible for me and the 3 Microsoft support assistants I have spent more than 4 hours talking to. The added issue is that it was purchased for me by an official organisation, and so I am unsure if there was/is a product key, how it would have been issued if there was/is and what I can do to rectify the matter (Acer Technical Support were no help).
When I click claim, nothing happens….
