Dark area on brand new KG251Q Z1biip Monitor, unable to access support. what are my options?

On 3/1/2025, I bought the recently released Acer Nitro KG251Q Z1biip monitor so that I could be the first to review it on YT / TikYok / X(Twitter) / etc. It arrived with a dark spot (probably a dead backlight LED), and the main problem is that I can't find support for this model on any of Acer's official websites. So I want to know what my options are with Acer Support instead of having to return to Newegg and then replace/exchange it.
